I know that there are some people that think I was cruel to do it but they just don't understand what they do to me.
If other people like snakes that is fine by me and they can love them pet them even keep them in their house if they want to because that is their right and I respect their rights but they really should respect my rights also.
Just had to vent, there are others that have tried to give me a hard time about it, but I don't care, I had my reasons, and the snake struck at me when I tried to back up and get away from it, that is the closest I have ever come to being bitten.

Around here, we say that the only good snake is a dead snake! I can't stand them. They give me goosebumps just looking at pictures of them. We also don't have too many "good" snakes around here. They say that king snakes will eat the other poisonous snakes. If that is so, how come we hardly ever see a king snake, but we see poisonous ones all the time LOL?
