Well, for the time being. I ended up having to get a new computer. So, sometimes this week, I need to bring this new computer in to have my old hard drive put into this one (I guess that is how it works). Hopefully it won't take too long.
I hope that everyone has been doing good. We are getting ready for school to start and my oldest son will be starting 4h. He wants to show chickens (YES!). I was never able to join 4h (we lived in the city at the time), so everything will be new for us. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know.
In other news, we adopted a new pet today. My younger son has wanted a bearded dragon (lizard) for the longest time. DH said that he would have to raise his own money to get one (thinking that he never would be able to raise enough). Well, today when we went to PetsMart to get some dog food, he went to stare at the bearded dragons like he always does and begs for me to get him one. The manager came up and said that she had one that had arrived with a hurt leg, but it was all healed. She said that he could have it for free if he wanted it because she couldn't sell it with a gimpy leg. I don't think that I have seen him so happy. She even said that if he came back in a couple of days, she would have another one available if he wanted it. But, I think that one is enough for now. Now, I am not a real reptile person and definitely not a snake person, but this little creature is very cute. I need to post some pictures. I got some cute pictures of DS watching t.v. with the lizard this evening.
